The PharmEc Pharmacy application is designed for opened circuit pharmacies and it is registered by the Health Department under the number 544 from 2001. Taking in count the pharmacies obligations to respect the issuance of drugs with or without personal share and prescript by medics, to permanently have in drugs, otc-s and para- pharmaceutical products, to draw up the registers needed by the rest houses for the drugs that are issued in a compensatory or free system, the PharmEc Pharmacy application fulfills the next basic functions:

       •  Registering of incoming invoice: reception, NIR recording, reimbursement;
       •  Financial evidence of incoming invoice;
       •  Possibility to register the necessary reports (marketing journal, NIR-s centralizer, buying products pursuance, etc );
       •  Recording issued invoice;
       •  Financial evidence of issued invoice;
       •  Possibility to register the necessary reports (sales journal, issued invoice centralizer, etc.);
       •  Offers information on the unbought drugs and not only (store requisition of the product);
       •  Offers the possibility to save the recipes prepared in pharmacies, and afterwards the automatic elaboration of other products on these prescriptions;
       •  Registers everything that comes in and out the program and this way the possibility of fraud is eliminated;
       •  Any type of prescriptions can be issued at any health insurance company;
       •  It assures connection with the bar code reader ;
       •  It can keep evidence of the persons who benefit from discounts on the basis of some fidelity cards;
       •  Choosing the modality of payment: cash, credit card, value ticket, case ticket;
       •  Possibility to compute the rest;
       •  Possibility to watchword on user and to confer program restricted rights
